Shipping Info

We ship worldwide through the United States Post Office (USPS) as well as via FedEx and UPS. You will have the option to select a shipping method and the corresponding time frame as you check out.

All shipping charges are based on the weight of the products you select as well as shipping rates as calculated by USPS, FedEx, and UPS. You will be able to view various shipping options and rates as calculated for your location on the cart summary page before completing your purchase.


US Postal Service International Rate Increase

New USPS rates went into effect January 27. There was only a small increase for most items that are shipped within the United States. But the rate increases for low-weight international shipments are much more pronounced. Global Express Guaranteed, the postal service’s fastest, least-used offering, increased by 9.6 percent; Express Mail International went up by 13 percent; and Priority Mail International rates have increased by 15 percent.

We appreciate our international customers and hope you will continue to shop with us. Because our products have a low mark-up, we cannot absorb shipping overruns. However, if you leave us a note at checkout, we will assemble and weigh your order, calculate the actual shipping cost (reducing the charge if possible), then let you know before shipping. If you determine the shipping cost is still too high, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. We are also working on other shipping options and may have a workaround in coming weeks.


We fill orders Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours, not including weekends and holidays. Please check the notice on our home page for our current turnaround time. You will receive an email notice when your order has shipped.

Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Within the United States, first class USPS delivery generally takes two or three days (allow four days to the West Coast). If you have a deadline, please let us know your time line via the notes.

We add tracking to all packages within the United States and can generally trace them when they go astray. Still, once we give packages to the USPS, we are no longer in control. Occasionally, delivery takes a bit longer than expected.

Yes. We ship all over the world and will do everything we can to assure your order arrives quickly. If your country has unique shipping limitations (for example, if a large order needs to be divided into smaller parcels), please leave directions in the notes. International packages may not include tracking so please take extra care to provide a detailed and accurate shipping address.

When either US or international orders go astray, it is often due to a problem with the shipping address. To limit errors on our end, we copy and paste the shipping address directly from your invoice. Please please please ... make sure the address that's selected at checkout is the one to which you'd like your package sent.

  • If you have moved, please double check that you have updated the address.
  • If you want the package sent to a business address or address with multiple units, please make sure to include the business name and suite number.
  • You may wish to inform family members that you are expecting a package so they don’t discard it without your knowledge.

Packages returned to us due to an incomplete address will be re-sent after you pay additional shipping charges or the order will be refunded (minus the original shipping charges).
